My name is Valery Zahov.
    I was born on 11.08.1960 in Sofia, Bulgaria (South East Europe)

    I am married with two children.
  
            Education:

    Certified at Interior & Design - High school in Sofia, Bugaria

            Photographic Experience:

    My first steps in photography field are in 1974 as amateur.

    As a student I have taken part in different photocontests and Olympiads.

    In 1981 started out as a Creative photographer for local Furniture Design Studio company and the same time as a Freelancer photographer for local Newspapers and Magazines.

    Working as a Press photographer and Fashion photographer improved considerably my skills and perception for favourable moment of taking pictures.

    Started as a Light consultant and Sales Manager in "VIP Trading"- representative firm in Bulgaria for Polaroid in 1991. At that period I was a trainee in Wien, Austria about service and maintenance of Polaroid cameras and KIS photocopier in Grenoble, France
    Since 1996 I have been working as a Freelance photographer only.
    I cover press, sport, fashion, advertising and fine art nude photography.
    I am into computers so I can do all the after work concerning the images to be ready for printing in printing - office.
    I use software such as Photoshop, Coreldraw, etc. for enhancement of the images and QuarkXpress for pre-print preparation.

    I use Frontpage 2000 program as well for creating my Websites:
